Our Team

Carl I. S. Mueller

Carl is a trial attorney, focusing his practice on business litigation and disputes between attorneys or accountants and their clients, including claims of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and disputes over legal fees. He represents clients in state and federal courts, across multiple industries. Carl is licensed to practice in California and Oregon.


Within the legal community, Carl is an active member of the South Bay Bar Association Board of Directors, and is currently a co-chair of its Civil section. Carl also serves as a volunteer arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association attorney fee arbitration program. Finally, Carl serves as a member of the Oregon State Bar's House of Delegates for the out-of-state region. 


Carl graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and received his Bachelor’s from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to law school, Carl spent a year doing AmeriCorps service.

Robert J. Christensen

Rob has extensive experience in civil and probate litigation, focusing on trust, estate, and conservatorship law, including will or trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and estate plan challenges. He also has a successful track record in financial elder abuse cases and appeals.

Rob also has experience in entity formations, trust administration, and intellectual property matters, and he has volunteered at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles' Veterans Justice Center.

Rob attended Loyola Law School, where he completed the Entrepreneurship Concentration, founded and presided over the Lynn D. "Buck" Compton Veterans Law Association, and was involved in Loyola Law School's Fashion Law Project. Before law school, Rob served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer, commanding units during multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and conducting training exercises in Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines. Rob continues to serve as a reserve unit officer with the Marines Corps.
