Rob has extensive experience in civil and probate litigation, focusing on trust, estate, and conservatorship law, including will or trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and estate plan challenges. He also has a successful track record in financial elder abuse cases and appeals.

Rob also has experience in entity formations, trust administration, and intellectual property matters, and he has volunteered at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles’ Veterans Justice Center.

Rob attended Loyola Law School, where he completed the Entrepreneurship Concentration, founded and presided over the Lynn D. “Buck” Compton Veterans Law Association, and was involved in Loyola Law School’s Fashion Law Project. Before law school, Rob served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer, commanding units during multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and conducting training exercises in Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines. Rob continues to serve as a reserve unit officer with the Marines Corps.
