Erick is a litigator who represents business entities and individuals in commercial litigation and probate disputes. His practice includes matters involving breach of contract, business torts, general liability claims, and contested trust and estate proceedings.

 Erick practices in both state and federal courts and has experience handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation. He also draws on prior experience in bankruptcy litigation, which informs his understanding of financial and commercial issues that may arise in civil matters.

Erick is a proud graduate of UCLA School of Law and a former Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Section. 

In his free time, Erick enjoys walking his Italian Greyhound named Cinco with his fiancée Kendra and playing 90’s retro video games.
