Rob has extensive experience in civil and probate litigation, focusing on trust, estate, and conservatorship disputes, including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and estate plan challenges. He has a strong track record in financial elder abuse cases and appeals, along with experience in entity formation, trust administration, and intellectual property matters. Before law school, Rob served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer, commanding units during multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan.
